Energy Assesment Services

A modern home relies on a safe, well‑balanced electrical system—and even small issues can lead to higher bills, reduced efficiency, or safety concerns. Our Energy Assessment combines traditional inspection methods with advanced energy‑analysis tools powered by SprkHome’s reporting technology to give you a clear picture of how your home uses electricity, where inefficiencies exist, and how to improve performance and safety

What we do — Combined Inspection
+ Energy Analysis

On‑site Electrical Inspection: main service evaluation, breaker and wiring condition, GFCI/AFCI checks, grounding and bonding, and identification of overloaded circuits.

Thermal imaging & load checks: optional scans to find hotspots and hidden issues before they become failures.

SprkHome Home Energy Report: interactive, visual breakdown of estimated monthly electricity bills, energy‑saving opportunities, and solar potential to help prioritize improvements and estimate savings.

Clear & Deliverable: an easy‑to‑read report with annotated photos, SprkHome energy visuals, safety recommendations, and prioritized next steps for homeowners, contractors and insurers.

Why It Matters

A home’s electrical system is the backbone of comfort, safety, and efficiency. Small issues—like overloaded circuits, poor connections, or inefficient appliances—can quietly drain your wallet or create safety risks. Our Electrical Assessment gives you clear, unbiased, data‑driven insight into how your home uses electricity, where improvements can save you money, and whether your system is performing safely and efficiently. With SprkHome’s energy‑analysis tools, you gain a transparent view of your home’s electrical costs, potential savings, and upgrade opportunities—empowering you to make informed decisions with confidence

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I provide before the assessment for the most accurate results?
For the best accuracy, share recent utility bills (12 months ifFor the best accuracy, share recent utility bills (12 months if available) and note any major appliances, EV chargers, or recent electrical upgrades. If utility data isn’t available, we’ll use modeled estimates and clearly flag them in the report.

What does the SprkHome‑powered Energy Assessment include?
The assessment combines an on‑site electrical inspection with a SprkHome Home Energy Report: panel and circuit checks, optional thermal imaging or load testing, plus an energy‑use analysis that estimates monthly costs, highlights inefficiencies, and recommends prioritized improvements.

Can this report tell me how much solar I need to offset my electricity?
Yes. The SprkHome analysis models your historical or estimated usage and projects solar system size (kW) and the likely offset percentage, so you can see how different system sizes and production scenarios affect your bills and payback.

Is the energy report interactive so I can test different scenarios?
Absolutely. The report is interactive—useable sliders and inputs let you change parameters (electric rates, appliance use, proposed upgrades, or solar system size) to compare cost, savings, and payback under different approaches.
